DevGAMM
2026
Our Visit at DevGAMM 2026
Render Cube was at DevGAMM in Gdańsk! Our Business Developer, Kamil Judasz, represented us at this year’s edition.
DevGAMM is not a huge event, but that’s what makes it good. People actually talk to each other, catch up with old friends, and meet new ones. The atmosphere was really positive.
Games
There were a lot of interesting indie titles to check out. You can tell these games made by people who really care about what they’re building. The kind you don’t hear much about in the media, but worth paying attention to.
The Baltic Showcase on Steam ran alongside the event from June 15–21, featuring 179 games from the region on a dedicated page. A great way to see how much talent there is in this part of the world.
Program
The sessions and workshops were practical, honest, and useful. There was also an on-stage pitching session where developers pitched their games in front of industry experts and got direct feedback. Always fun to watch!
A big part of DevGAMM is the people. You could book 20-minute 1-on-1 sessions with industry experts to talk about your game, your career, or any business challenges. Simple format, but really valuable.
There was also a dedicated space for developers to meet publishers and investors, and a job board where studios could post openings or developers could share their CVs.
The Digital Vikings Awards recognised the best indie games and developers from the Baltic region. Always nice to see local talent get a spotlight.
DevGAMM was full of good talks, good people, and good energy. Definitely worth going back to next year!
